We appreciate your business and strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that issues may arise necessitating a return or refund. For transparency and your understanding, our returns and refunds policy is outlined below.

Eligible Returns
A return request can be made only in the unfortunate event that a wrong order is received or the package arrives damaged.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged package, please report it to our customer service immediately. Provide a comprehensive description of the issue and attach clear photographs for our reference. This report should be submitted via Email or WhatsApp no later than one hour after picking up the package from the ACS Courier office.
For wrong orders, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
For damaged packages, ensure the fragrance atomizer (the sprayer) has not been used.
Approving the Return
Once we receive your return request with the necessary details, we will determine if your request meets our criteria for return. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection.
Inspection
Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the claim.
Exchange or Refund
If your claim is validated upon inspection, we will either replace the damaged product with an identical one or send the correct product if a wrong item was received. Alternatively, you can ask for a full refund instead.
Note: We retain the right to deny a return if it does not meet our return policy requirements. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damaged delivery or incorrect orders.
