Credit & Debit Cards
Pay securely online using your credit or debit card. Online card transactions are securely processed through Stripe.
Secure Online PaymentCash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders. Simply place your order and pay when collecting your parcel from ACS Courier.
Pay at CollectionImportant — Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery orders must be collected from ACS within a maximum of 5 days. Customers who do not collect their COD order within this period will no longer be eligible to use Cash on Delivery for future orders and will need to pay online in advance.

We use ACS Courier for our deliveries across Cyprus, providing a convenient and reliable way to receive your order.
How Delivery Works
Complete your order online and provide an accurate mobile number and delivery information at checkout.
Your order is carefully prepared and normally handed to ACS Courier on the next business day.
Once your parcel reaches the selected ACS location, ACS will send a notification to the mobile number provided with your order.
Once you receive the ACS notification, your parcel is ready for collection. Please collect it as soon as possible.
Most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on the destination, remote locations, weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

To help us send your parcel to the most convenient ACS Courier location, you can use the official ACS Store Locator to find your preferred pickup point.
Please provide your preferred ACS location when placing your order if this option is available during checkout.
Find an ACS LocationPlease make sure the mobile number and customer information provided with your order are correct. ACS uses the provided mobile number to notify you when your parcel is ready for collection.
Aroma Arabia reserves the right to request advance online payment, cancel an order, or refuse an order when necessary, including where incorrect or suspicious customer information has been provided.
International Shipping
Interested in ordering from outside Cyprus? Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery to your destination is available and provide you with the relevant shipping information.
