Payments and Delivery
Payment Options
We offer multiple convenient payment methods for your orders:
- Credit and Debit cards are accepted, with transactions securely powered by Stripe.
- Cash On Delivery (COD): We accept Cash on Delivery, but we reserve the right to request online payment for any order at our discretion.
Note: Samples orders must be paid online NOT with Cash On Delivery.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse to serve any customers who we deem suspicious or who have provided false information.
Delivery Process
We fulfill our deliveries through ACS Courier, which we consider to be the premier courier service in Cyprus. Here are some key details:
- The delivery fee is €4 for each order.
- Every morning, from 8 to 10 AM, we hand our customers' packages to ACS Courier for delivery across Cyprus.
- Typically, customers can collect their packages on the same day in the afternoon. However, in remote villages, delivery might extend to the next day.
Upon arrival, ACS Courier will send a notification message to the mobile number you provided during your order placement. This will inform you when your package is ready for pickup at the selected ACS Courier office.

Include this information in the final step of your checkout process when placing your order.
