CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY
Customers who do not collect their Cash on Delivery order within the 5-day collection period will no longer be eligible to use Cash on Delivery for future orders with Aroma Arabia. Future orders can still be placed, but they must be paid online in advance.
Maximum Collection Period
Cash on Delivery orders must be collected from ACS within a maximum of 5 days. Please collect your parcel as soon as you receive the notification from ACS.
How Cash on Delivery Works
Select Cash on Delivery as your payment method when completing your order.
Your order will normally be sent to ACS on the next business day after your order is placed.
Once your parcel is ready for collection, ACS will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Visit ACS and collect your parcel as soon as possible after receiving the notification. Payment is made when collecting your order.
What Happens If I Don't Collect My Order?
Orders that remain uncollected at ACS for the maximum 5-day collection period will be returned to Aroma Arabia.
If your Cash on Delivery order is returned to us because it was not collected, Cash on Delivery will no longer be available for your future orders.
You will still be welcome to shop with Aroma Arabia, but any future orders must be paid online in advance using one of our available online payment methods.
Why Do We Have This Policy?
Uncollected Cash on Delivery orders result in shipping, handling and return costs for our business.
This policy allows us to continue offering Cash on Delivery to customers who use the service responsibly while helping us reduce unnecessary delivery and return costs.

- Collect your COD order as soon as ACS notifies you.
- The maximum collection period is 5 days.
- Orders not collected within the collection period will be returned to Aroma Arabia.
- An uncollected COD order will result in Cash on Delivery being unavailable for your future orders.
